There is another member here that has done the same thing recently but with an older Tahoe or Yukon. mijohnst is his screen name. PM him at the site and see if he can share some pics. I think he has some.

with this metal Tee, you gave me an some DIY idea, I can make my own Tee and cut the hose and put it right on the metal tee. Use a small hose between the core heater and tee... hmm...
Not that easy...…...special ribbing and "o " seals to connect to heater core pipes...……...been there on a '05 Sub

I decided to wait till summer and I just got it from rockauto, should be good till summer then I’ll get back to it and make my own...
You have any pics what/how you did it?
