Noticed yesterday leak from heater hose tee.
I was trying to find online part and had no luck.
Only for year model 00-14. Then went to a dealer and they told me that it comes as one part with that aluminum hose that connects on a bottom.
Does anyone know if Tee connector will fit from 00-14 year model?

UPDATE: Mine is Tahoe 2016 PPV 5.3

Ok, but need a better description of the hose and where it is at and the tee or adapter location. What is the hose for?

So, one of the heater hoses coming off the heater core. Where does it go from there? Those tees come in 111mm size and 113mm size but there is a better product that is not plastic. You can contact these people to talk and get what you want.

The hose clamps in the second pic means to me that it has been worked on there before and the aluminum crimp from the factory has been cut off. Right?

The one in the left pic looks like the 113mm size and the right one is the 111mm size.

That picture is not mine, wanted to show you where it goes from, but actually I have a small leak from aluminum crimp,I want to cut off and do the same, I believe it goes to water pump.

Cutting that crimp is doable but would need to remove from heater core pipe and then carefully cut it off and then replace with a hose clamp or a new plastic tee and hose clamp or that link shows other options.

with this metal Tee, you gave me an some DIY idea, I can make my own Tee and cut the hose and put it right on the metal tee. Use a small hose between the core heater and tee... hmm...
