So I have 151600mi on my rig right now. And it occurs to me I'm still on the original trans, power steering, steering box, hydroboost, alternator, and rear end.

No leaks or noise to speak of at the moment from any of it. But I tripped out a bit the other day wondering when the stuff normally starts to fail and if I'm on the precipice of having to replace a bunch of stuff.

Honestly, with regular maintenance and not being jerked around too much most of these could (and should) go well over 200k miles. Durability was one of the big reasons I went with a NBS model....that and I love the looks :)

That's a "gift horse" you should not be looking at right now. I think I have seen here where, again-depending on how you drive it and maintain it, the trans averages 150k. As I have said a few times here, "maintenance pays and breakdowns cost". I think it is great that you are so fortunate. Knowing where you live, like me, we don't tend to worry about rust problems either.

I would not worry about it, change the fluids and keep trucking.

177k miles on my rig and going strong. Original tranny and motor.

Hydro boost replaced 2 weeks ago
Power steering pump replaced at 145k
Steering box replaced at 125k
