What mileage are you all normally changing? I'm just coming up on 80K and was thinking to go ahead and change both.

Pretty sure maintenance schedule says 100k.

Go ahead and do it. Mine were 7 years old and 134k on them.

My highway gas mileage went up as did performance. The old plugs were missing at high rpm.....which I rarely did since this is a 6000 lb SUV. Not like my 2017 Camaro SS.....

Another vote for getting these parts from Rock auto, unless you are in a hurry. I have wires, plugs and exhaust manifold bolts (6.2 motor) waiting to get installed once the weather starts to cooperate a bit more.

Rock Auto won't ship to my house now. I live in an incorporated town in Colorado, and they refuse to calculate and account for the town tax (if there even is any) that I would have to pay. If I order from them, it's because it's too good of a deal compared to other vendors, and I have to have it shipped to my son's place, which is in an unincorporated area. And somewhat inconvenient.

So typically I use a vendor that really wants my business and is willing.

I hate this every time you mention it. It sucks and is beyond reason. However, I'm pointing at your government, not the business. 50 states is more than enough jurisdictions to be registered as a business and keep track of collecting taxes for. Bummer for all involved.

120 K on mine and actually they looked good, might have gone another 20 k. Used RA, Iridiums 41-162 and the Delphi/Delco red wires listed, fit perfectly and look a bit cool as well.

Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question, but how bad of a job is it to change the plugs? I've held off because of a fear of snapping them off, but it is time that I take care of them (possibly the factory plugs, 145K).
