I've always done flat black on mine, FWIW.

I’d do gloss black. When you mount them up they’ll be nice and clean, glossy black. With everyday driving 3-4 days later they’ll be a nice satin black. Keep driving it and by week 2 they’ll be matte black. Then get a bucket of soapy water and a wash mit and bam you’re back to gloss black.

From what I’ve seen gloss black always looks dirty just like paint does. Every thing shows. I’m running matte black and they look good for quite awhile between washings.

You can always take some shine off but you can’t put it back on. Go gloss your taste may change

I have factory gloss black wheels. They always look great and don’t show dust/dirt that much except when they salt the roads. Then there are white streaks all over and I obsessively need to wash/clean them. Other than that, gloss always looks decent IMO.
