Got up bright and early saturday morning (had a busy rest of the day) and replaced the driver side valve cover with the updated PCV design. Had no more smoke at start up issues the rest of the weekend so I think we're fixed back up :) Cannot tell you how thankful I am that the issue was than and not a valve seal issue which would have been much more labor intensive and $$$.
Is this a tsb also for the 6.2 or just the 5.3?

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. Went outside to move her and just saw this leak. This is the first real rain we have had in San Diego in over 6 months. Checked the roof rack and it’s tight. No noticeable rust holes. Any clues? 5725431ffb5c5a90b6d3b632cd5b93f3.jpg

Roof racks don’t leak, there’s no holes in the roof where they’re attached. Its usually the shark fin antennas, they do have a hole through the roof where the cable goes through.

Thanks for the info. If the shark antenna is over the drivers side front seat, I can’t imagine water making its way all the way to the passenger side rear pillar like that. Would a faulty door weather strip cause this?
