Where are you located? Before you drop $350 on a new one, I have a lightly used upgraded MPFI unit with fuel pressure regulator that I would sell to you for cheap. I have no use for it anymore

I'm in Houston, drop me a PM if you can ship it.
BTW, read through your 454 thread, sounds awesome.

Bigfoot,

If the original poster doesn't doesn't want your used MPFI unit, I'm interested. I'm in Louisiana. Thanks

Sounds good man. I’ll let him have first go at it. You need any other parts? I have the entire 350, 4L60e, and a bunch of other spare parts laying around

Got the spider from @bigfootchiro and I peeked inside and the black tubes look way smaller inside my intake, so I'm leaning toward original unit in the vehicle.
I got the FelPro 98000 kit
upper plenum gasket kit
Spider and FPR
Quick connect replacement

I've got a new AC compressor and drier so I may purge the system and just remove that whole section.

I will need to do plugs and wires as well (still OEM 21 years/135k miles later) but I'm hesitant to add too much new work in that one realm.

I ran around town with HPTuners logging yesterday, 0 DTC's stored or while driving. Bank2 runs a little rich compared to bank1 LTFT's, MPGs about normal.

@PNW VietVet thanks for your help so far!

I have a 99 as well, and it fits just fine. Just make sure you get them seated in firmly! It will fit, I promise

I’ll have the whole manifold off so hopefully that will make it easier working that top plenum section over the spider gasket.
