Good day, I have been lurking this and other GMT forums for years obtaining knowledge and seeking advice.

Today, I decided to go ahead and join and participate where I can.

I have a 2001 Yukon XL 2500 4x4 that was originally a Canadian truck, but is now here in Washington.

So far, so good.

Looking to put the following mods in no particular order: I am taking recommendations if anyone has any...

Slider/steps from a Crew Cab Sierra/Silverado (leaning toward the Tyger Auto 3 tube steps as I have them on my Ram 1500 and they are awesome)
Window Vents
Better head unit (The current Alpine one is malfunctioning)
35" tires when these wear out
Replace the Firestone airbag compressor with one capable of filling big tires (currently has a little one for Air Bags, which I am considering removing)
Better electric horns
Better headlights
Some sort of arm rest for center as the built in ones are too low and the center console is even lower (perhaps a 6" thick pad on the console lid?)

There is a sticker on the door jam that my truck has a Hypertech tuner, but it did not come with it, so not sure if it is tuned or not...has aftermarket flowmaster muffle and Volant intake with dirty filter....taking suggestions on better options...

Thank you much!

I love tatertots too.

Whereabouts are you in Oregon? My buddies and I like to go trailing every once in a while and the more we can get to go, the better.

I am in the Eugene/Springfield area. I used to have a purpose built 73 Blazer that I have off roaded with here in Oregon and at Moab. I had lots of fun in the Tilamook Forest trails and anywhere else I could trailer to and unload for fun in Oregon. I used to go every year and participate at the Foster Lake Mud Run as well. Even though I was living only about 75 miles from there, when the event/fun was over I always had a rental room over night because of all the beer I drank thru the day and night. Have it no longer. My 2002 Tahoe is strictly street and am in the process of doing some upgrades. I

Welcome from the Portland area of Oregon. I have a blown & cammed 02 Denali that’s a blast. Pics can be uploaded by hitting the blue tab at the bottom of the window that’s labeled “upload a file”. You might want to access the site via a browser, Tapacrap is a pile of :poop:.
