Noticed this morning there was a rubber tube hanging underneath the vehicle near the transmission. I assume it's a drain tube? But can't for the life of me figure out what/where it connects so I can put it back in place. Didn't see any place on the transmission for it either.

Any Help would be very much appreciated.

that's a vent tube for transmission there should be a nipple it fits on up top, you may have to get a flashlight and mirror to find it and put it back on

I wondered where I left that...Also a clamp if called for or new hose. They usually come off for a reason.

I can't see any clamp marks on the end hanging down so it likely did not have one. If it is a vent hose they usually have a one way valve in the other end. If is blowing the hose off, and not just falling off for some reason, then there could be a pressure problem causing it. I am not a trans "know it all" so I am guessing at this. If the pressure is a concern there may be something internal to look for.

this should give you some idea presuming it is the 6l80, looks like it maybe "T"'s to another hose?
