I have a 2001 Suburban 2500 with the 6.0L. It has 174k miles and drives fine, BUT I seem to notice a weird intermittent engine stuttering/palpitating sensation when idling. No check engine codes (I even hooked up the OBD2 to make sure).
It is strange, because it seems like it's skipping a beat every other second or so. I can feel the vibration in the steering wheel when it does. Do you think it's the spark plugs? The battery voltage seems to be fine. Starts right up and maintains voltage. Everything else seems healthy. What could it be?
