Someone has a set of 2015 Tahoe 18" rims and 95% Michelin tires for only $400. It would cost me at least 2x that just for a set of tires that I will need very soon. I'm not crazy about them but they look decent. Better if I painted them black.

Currently have 17" rims and truck has been lifted 2" at the back and torsioned at the front.

I'm sure they will fit in the wheelwell but will the rims fit properly to my 96?

Edit. Found the same rims searching through previous posts and they fit.

I didn't grab them. But every couple days when I fill the slow leak in my rear tire I think of them. Thanks for the info.

Yeah....for $400 you maybe should have. You’d have plenty of time to save up for or find what you’re after and had a set for winter

Was thinking my truck would look a bit 'beefier' with a wider tire and the 18" rims would allow a 12" wide tire. There's loads of wheels and tiresfor sale on FB marketplace.

My current rims are not 17, they are 16 with 285/75/16 tires.

I didn't think these would fit, but after looking at the current wheels in the well and the amount of space...

These are 35/ 12.5 and my current wheel is 32.8/11.2

Could they work?
