Oil Pressure

Pretty much the same stuff on mine. Id say you are normal and things are working correctly. Got to remember 10 pounds oil pressure for every 1k rpm is the old rule of thumb. Some of the early LS engines idled at 5psi to reduce pump drag.
You are on the good mark for PSI dont wory till its 15-20 when on the gas.... then its an issue.
