I want to keep this MPG up on my 05 Denali XL, keeping the Spectre air filter clean, knock off cold air intake tube. So far so good.
Oh yeah, the tire preassure sensors suck!! Lol

At that speed, me too! I get 18 mpg.

Have not tried messing with it yet. I did see how to reset it but it would take. So I'm guessing the sensors are bad.

2006 XL Denali, and I can average 19ish at about 70 or 75 cruising the Cali freeways, so long as there’s no traffic. Lol. I’m incredibly picky about where I buy fuel from, and Black Bear performance tuned my truck for 91. That tune is probably the reason why my fuel economy is as good as it is. Lol. Also I’ve read that proper tire inflation plays a big part in fuel economy.

Yeah that would be nice. I get 14 mixed daily driving and 17.4 straight highway.
Recently saw where the sensor broke loose and was laying inside the tire and had done some slight damage from the inside.

I get 13 in town and 17 on the interstate. I have a Yakima Roof rack with 80 inch aero bars. Other then removing that is there anything I can do to get better mileage?
