Tony it looks like the alternator is too far back, throwing alignment off. @8-10 sec in your vid the belt looks like its coming off the fan pulley crooked. Imo your alt if off, either shim it or somehow bring it out a 1/4 to 1/2 or more.
I had noticed that too, but I wondered how something like that could happen out of no where. It was fine for a long tine. Thx Pete. Hopefully I'll get home early enough today to mess with it--again.

Thx again Pete. Weird how that just happens outta no where.
It could have been like that since the alt swap and you were just lucky for awhile. Didn’t you say you weren’t driving it much for some time? I figured at some time something changed, that’s why earlier I questioned if it started happening right after you put that alt on.

maybe just loosen the alt bolts (not all the way out, just loose)then use a tool and pry up the backside of the alternator that will move the pulley forward maybe just enough then tighten it back down and see if it makes any difference, watch it when you tighten it back down to be sure it isn't pulling the alternator back down again, might have to hold the pry tool in place while tightening.

Yes, it sat maybe used once or twice a week, now it's every day.

Thx guys, much appreciated. I'll give it a shot.
