Im trying to find a couple of new key fobs, but ran in to a bit of a problem,
the part number on the back of both my fobs are 15732808, cant find a fob anywhere with that part number, the closest I can find is 15732803, is will that work or? as I understand there where two different fobs that year, and only one will work?

I did find this:
Certain 2001 model years can use an alternate 15042968 remote Please double check or ask us for assistance prior to purchasing.
https://www.remotesremotes.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=G_I5732803

I found this:
https://www.gmpartsdirect.com/?p=catalog&mode=search&search_in=all&search_str=15732803
(That 03 part number looks to be for the HD/2500 model. I would not expect that one to work.

You MIGHT be able to use 15732805. Its a four button remote with an added trunk popper for the same year range, (not sure if you could actually get that to work). It was just for cars with a trunk popper, but its using the same frequency and FCC ID (but again, not sure if that's all you need).

You should have an RPO code that identifies your keyless entry. On my pickup its AU0 (Alpha Uniform Zero). Not sure if it changed, maybe someone can answer that. Might help with search or to see if its changed.

Why is it so difficult to get shipped to Sweden? What kind of sites do you usually use; ebay, amazon, any parts stores we might have in the US?

I spoke with renotesremotes, none of their remotes will work on my car. no idea why is so difficult, just read something that could explain it a bit, looks like the remotes use different frequencies depending on where the car have been sold, ie us, canada, france, etc, ie a us remote, wont work on a french sold car, so that could be part of why its so hard to find, in sweden the tahoe was never officially sold in dealerships, so all tahoes in sweden are imports, mine came from germany, but I have no idea, if they have their own frequency or not, read on a forum that there are ppl that have been unable to use their car for months, just cause they cant find the right remote, with the right frequency, making me even more nervous since I only have one remote, and the plastic is starting to fall apart
took a picture of all the RPO codes, since I have no idea what the codes mean.

Have you tried chevy to see if they could help?

That fob is supposed to work with all of these other vehicles too (at least in the US):

2000 Chevrolet Astro
1998-2001 Chevrolet Blazer
1998-2001 Chevrolet S10
1999-2001 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 2500 3500
2000-2001 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 2500
2000-2001 Chevrolet Tahoe
1998-2001 GMC Jimmy
2000 GMC Safari
1999-2001 GMC Sierra 1500 2500 3500
1998-2001 GMC Sonoma
1999-2001 GMC Yukon
1998-2001 Oldsmobile Bravada

I would think you would be able to find a used one and program it, or that other number for the cars has the same frequency just an extra button.

What about installing a new receiver in the vehicle with a remote that matches that? Or an aftermarket remote? Obviously a bit more involved, but if its this or just let it sit there.. (which I don't understnad why someone couldn't just unlock/lock manually with the key).

What is the frequency of your remote? Did I see 433mhz?

Might be worth a try.
