Hello everyone excited to finally say i own one of these beast but i am completely stumped as i have looked all over the net and even on this forum without being a member and cant seem to find any info on our body style. So i just purchased this PPV on Friday and we went to try the rear A/C and it did not kick on at all. First thing id like to know because i have yet to take this truck apart is do these versions even come with rear A/C to begin with?

My plan for this truck is to fix it up to a reliable daily and even add back the comforts of reg carpets and center console and leather fronts. So if anyone has some advice about doing that it would beappreciated.

Not sure about the AC, I wouldn't doubt if there is an easy fix, and cops either took out the ducting because of the partition, or if it was just to be a dick.
IMO, the vinyl mat you have instead of the carpet is much more practical. Its easier to clean (especially with kids, pets), its just not as "pretty looking". The center console can be more practical if you use it for something like the cops did. If its for a business or ems for example, it can have its uses. The front seats is a preference. I personally prefer cloth over leather, especially when living in the phoenix heat. (if you park outside in the heat, it might be better). Obviously all your call.
