This is a standard 5 pin automotive relay. Can be had at autozone for 3.99 you will need two

I've looked at '05+ Tahoes Suburbans, trucks when walking the local junkyard. I see the factory fans/shroud set up regularly. One thing I can't figure out though is how you get the harness out of the vehicle. It appears the fan harness goes into the main vehicle harness down below on the core support. However, I've seen pics online and the harness appears to have a relay block at the end. What is the trick to getting a factory harness out and where to cut/splice? I'd like to look at converting when the 6.0 is dropped into my Tahoe.

I'm not exactly sure on that. I've always went with the intrepid fans and wired it up the way I posted. It would be nice to have all of it already there and just drop it in. Don't know the price difference between the 05+ and the intrepid but I have never paid over 50 bucks for the intrepid fans

One thing I did find out though is the fans I used in this swap are a factory oen set of fans. Next time I'm at my local junk yard I'll have to check and see how much I can get the whole set up for

From what make and model? Chevy?
