Left my cooler in the back from the weekend, and low and behold, I get home to this yesterday. I couldn't figure out where the water was coming from, then it hit me. And the carpet is all just slightly wet from the continuous drip of melting ice. I hope it dries out fine.
Big dummy me.
Luckily, it seems all the electronics and amps are dry.

Wet carpet is my least favorite thing to deal with in cars. When I had leaking windows in my S10 I had pulled the carpet and put it in the spare bedroom with the heat on as high as it would go, and then a dehumidifier running all the time. Crazy how much water the dehumidifier sucked out of that thing

Hopefully it dries out. Its mid 80s here in nc and I left the fronts cracked for some air ventilation, so hopefully that helps.
I do have weather techs for the entire truck, but I have the rear cut out for the 3rd row seats, so the water still made it out.
And yes, my driveway is angled and that's how it made it to the front.

gas is cheap. Could run heater and defrost on as high as itll go front and rear and leave windows cracked. Evaporate all the moosture and defrost sucks it outHopefully it dries out. I did that in my S10 after i left the windows down and it rained (about a year after the leaks were fixed)

I thought about that but if there is not metal to solder to then there is nothing to make the electrical connection and produce heat...unless I'm missing something here with this stuff
