I kept various search engines browser windows open all the time and refreshed them daily. At any given time, I had about 8 - 10 available, across the country. I finally found a decent one in April, only 30 miles away. Have had it a little over 2 years now and couldn't be happier. I still get the surprised looks when people find out it has the 6.2. Few people know about this year and some don't even believe it, until I pop the hood and they see the sticker!

The 09 LTZ 6.2 Tahoe's are hard to find, especially one that would be close to where you live. When they are for sale, they normally are far away. Last I checked on cars.com, there were none for sale anywhere.
