dont just replace parts fo the hell of it.. take it to a shop and have them tell you the exact problem. I replaced both solenoids and the charcoal canister. i still get the code
actually it can be the same or less cost to just replace the solenoids and canister -vs- leaving at a shop and being without a car paying for a cab or uber and waiting for them to get to it and then ream you for the diagnostic and overpriced part & labor just to have the other part fail shortly after the first one was replaced, you can get all the new oem parts for just under $200 and do it yourself in about 30-45 minutes and be done with it for another 10 years..

if you still get the code after replacing the parts then the line is clogged or cracked or a part you installed is defective

We got the smoke test at the stealership twice, replaced solenoids, still have report-to-dealership light on...I can't stress enough how little I care about the evaporative emissions system! We only got it worked on because check engine light=no remote start...******* know exactly how to make you come in and keep downloading money. $600 later, light's still on and no remote start.

Next step-get HP tuners and disable all that funky shit!

Dealer doesn’t back up their work? Get your $600 back and go somewhere else. Sorry you’re dealing with that.
