I could see myself being interested in that Eskie back when I was looking for my current "beater ride" I ended up with a 2009 HyHo 4x4 with 195k $6,600.00 Probably could have knocked more off but it was a son inlaw who bought it from his father in law who had bought it brand new. Son in law had let his son drive it back and forth to school and the son had spent over 3k on a level / wheels and tires less than 6 months before I bought it. It was getting poor gas mileage (due to dead hybrid battery) They had all the service records and lots of stories about what all had been done to it over the years. I did not like the Hybrid much knowing that I would have to buy a new battery but I could not pass up the deal. Leather/Sunroof/DVD player etc. Everything works now that I put a new hybrid battery in it LOL
It is a very unique "beater ride" I actually do enjoy driving the silly thing.

IMO those are about the same, but not a substitute for any actual maintenence records. If there aren't any, be thorough when checking it out. Look at the oil and trans fluid. See how the shocks and bushings look. You can look for wrench marks or if parts look like they have 10 years worth of rust on them.

Don't let a $200 detail fool you, but clues can be garnered of how well /if the PO maintained it.

I see an aftermarket grill, and a front bumper that doesn't line up. I would question front end damage. That price is definitely low, especially if its at a dealer.

Are you working with a low budget, and wanting a 6.0? You have two really questionable, low-priced examples. I could definitely find a better Tahoe/Yukon with a 5.3 for even less than both of those in much better condition.
