From what i have seen on these forums the rear should be just a tad higher than the front. could i have put the bracket on wrong? or is this a different issue? please, any help would be much appreciated.

Haha no worries measure from ground to center of fender. Should be about 39” front and rear. The rear all depends on before measurements. Some vary about an 1” so maybe worn springs or more wear on them.

Brackets look right. Maybe I’m mistaken on fender heights but thought most levels are 39”. That also depends on tire size. Most are 33s. The front fender is cut higher than rear so it looks like the rear sags when truly level.

That looks right for the tire size. You will gain an 1” off tires swapping to a 275/60R20. If you want to push the tire size and go up in weight then a 295/60R20. You will probably have to trim to clear the but will fit on stock wheels.
