Floor Mats

Hello, I just purchased a Yukon with the interior color of Cocoa/Shale. The Yukon did not have floor mats in the vehicle at time of pick up, the dealer ordered a set for me. I just received them and they are a dark brown and do not match the carpet. I have not seen this before in any new car i purchased in the past, usually they match. Unfortunately my dealer could not tell me if they are correct and is looking into it for me, one week later and still no answer or call back. Not happy with my local dealer, this is just one poor service issue, very poor communication. Just trying to find out if the mats are correct and if GMC is just doing the 2 tone accent theme on the interior. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

are these the all weather or carpet

DUNE is a light tan color and the rear mats are interlocking.

Hello, These are the carpet floor mats. I attached a picture to help clarify what I am asking. Just trying to find out if these are correct, in the past my floor mats matched the carpet. So far no help from the dealer.

They are wrong color go back and tell them to get you the right color or take the truck back... that’s ridiculous that aren’t helping you.

Thank you, that's what I thought. I went to the dealer this morning and found another Yukon with the same color scheme and the correct mats. Walked into the show room grabbed the sales person and the sales manager on duty, told them exactly what I thought and marched them to the truck on the lot with the correct mats. They promised me all sorts of things along with a free fill up when I told them I didn't do the survey yet. I explained that the sales manager who has been blowing me off needs to go before I blast the dealership on the survey. New ones should be in next week, we will see what happens, fingers crossed.

They should have swapped you the mats from the other truck.

I don't know about the carpet floor mats but my SUV came with GMC rubber floor mats. I prefer rubber mata as they are easier to clean in every season.

I went with Huskey Liners X-Act Contour in color cocoa. Matches my interior color perfectly and mats cover every square each people will walk on in 2nd and 3rd row. Check Ebay to save almost $100 if you buying all 3 rows.

Husky X-Act Contour are great. I have WT in the front, Husky X-Act Contour in the middle and Husky Weather Beater cargo and in-between two middle row seats. They all work great, but the X-Act Contour seem to be the nicest (personal preference). I agree on comments above. Also, smart to wait on the survey until you are all taken care of, just as you did. Additionally, I am also surprised they couldn't just pull those other mats and order to replace in the one sitting on the lot... THAT would have been an easy customer service gesture that eliminates you waiting. That truck will probably still be on the lot when your mats arrive.
