So I'm finally looking to upgrade my CK805 20s to some 22s on my 2005 black Denali. The future holds a small drop for it, but not a lot else. This is my daily driver, and I often have every seat filled with people.

I gravitate toward silver or chrome wheels with some lip, although I like *some* black wheels and the ones with milled accents are pretty sweet. Not like the kind of lip where the wheel spokes are curved back to make the lip look bigger, but flat-ish faces do it for me. Here's where the problems start:

It seems like every fairly basic chrome or silver wheel looks like a u2-55 to me. I like them, but they are relatively common on our vehicles and I can't shake the feeling that I might be able to find something a little different.

My question is, do you guys know of some wheels that might make me drool? I am on a budget, so forgelines or something like that are a no-go.

Ones I really like so far are Dub Big Ballers:

Dub ballers still cost a pretty penny. Look into strada perfettos wheels or onxy has some 5 spoke for a nice price. 209customs eBay store has wheel and tire packages for a good deal. That’s usually where I buy mine from.

Checked out the strada perfettos. Those look like the dub baller, not the big ballers. I like those, but I was hoping to find something with a good sized lip.

There’s a set of U2-55 for sale on here. I have the same wheels but 22”. His are 24. Much less expensive than dubs and look great. They come in 6 lug or 5

I saw those, and they look really clean, especially for his asking price. I'm debating if I want to take on the future expense of 24" tires over 22". That's a pretty big jump

I wouldn’t go to 24’s I just wanted you to see a cheaper option. On eBay if you search for 22” Tahoe wheels you’ll see them. I paid just under $1500 for wheels and tires a couple years ago. I had sensors but they can add those too. If yours haven’t been replaced do it all at once.

Finally, I spot I can offer some advice here ( IM new here)
I have a 2014 Tahoe with 22"x9" HELO's with P285/45R22 tires and I love them ( the size).
The 22's don't rub at all but I dont tow.
If you can stay with the 20" size you will save some money on both rims and tires.
The 22" tires are more expensive and you have less choices of tires/brands to choose from.
With that said I wouldn't trade in my 22"s. I am at a point in my life I can spend a bit more to have what I want. Tires and rims are important, please don't make decisions strickly on price.
Go save money on hammers, Harbor Freight tools, cheap sunglasses.
Please don't try to buy the cheapest parachute, ****** or motorcycle helmet.
Feel me?

and...….
You may want to think about a material or color you can "touch up" the rims.
Everyone ( even Dave Kindig) scratches rims on curbs here and there.
Personally I never have ( ********) but my wife went to the grocery store and did a real number on one of them.
Just throwing it out there...….
