Roof rack build 2 door Yukon!

I will be starting a roof rack build tomorrow for my 94 2 door Yukon. It does not have a factory roof rack so I will be adding nutserts for mounting.
It will be made from 1" square tubing. I plan on making it 7ft long x 53" wide. I will post pics as I go!

I started building the roof rack today, changed the dimensions a little. I built the base at 80" x 50". I will post pics tomorrow.

I got some work done on the roof rack today. I still have a lot of supports to weld in Also need to figure out how I am mounting it. Picked up a front brush guard also.

How did you end up mounting this? Want to make basically the exact same thing except for 2003 Tahoe. Bamboozled on best way to mount.
