Absolutely agree! I’ve only been a member for 5 months or so, and have learned so much from this forum. People are always willing to help, and offer useful information and advice / options. Another benefit, are all the fantastic upgrades we can do, and there are always a number of participants willing to help you empty your wallet! [emoji23]

Yea.... me too..... :) This forum and my old / other forum ("1988 GMC-Chevy" owners), were fabulous !!

Our forum is so active, it encourages us all to get involved!! And it's fun!!

I bought a new Infiniti...... Checked out their forum..... The worst... even the moderators were absent 100% of the time.

I had a great employee who left my company to become a service writer at a Mercedes dealer less than a mile away. That was eight years ago but we still stay in touch. He’s now doing the same thing but at a Land Rover dealer, still close by.

He told me that your average Mercedes owner who comes in for service is typically bitter about his vehicle. Lots of costly service issues, and the owner isn’t necessarily as flush with cash as Mercedes ownership might imply. Land Rover owners, on the other hand, are typically well off and don’t fuss about costs of service. Especially around here, there’s lots of people chasing status...

Generalities, yes, but some grains of truth, I’m sure. :)
