35’s on 04 Tahoe, will tune make difference?

Tune will help with the transmission shift points, but you really need new gears for 35’s. The added strain your putting on the drivetrain with the stock gears and 35’s would be greatly diminished with a lower gear ratio.

A tune can greatly improve transmission function and usually does not alter Tow/Haul mode. With the 35s you've just made your towing prowess worse and in a sense went from a 3-series gear to a 2-series gearset.
For the ignorant - a 3-series gear vs. 2-series gearset means?
Good information here. We would be happy to help with a tune. If you request it, for 4 speeds only, we can make tow haul mode a sport mode, where part throttle shift points will resemble standard driving mode. Shift points will be higher and there will be no restrictions. Transmission downshifts and kickdowns will be much more responsive. Not recommended for towing.
