My 09 tahoe's cruise control will not work below 14 volts.It randomly drops below 14 volts then comes back up not sure why. Need some help.

Not sure if you are having the same issue I had a few years ago, but I had to replace the cruise control module under the dash on my truck and it fixed the intermittent cruise issue.
