07 tahoe 5.3 flex fuel had p0306 turned out lifter failure and ate lobe on cam. 178000 miles, guess this is common. Ordered dod delete from ams racing that came with tune just had to send them computer. Replaced cam with non dod truck cam, replaced lifters and trays, valve seals, replaced with new valley cover plate with oil block offs, new melling oil pump, new metal intake gaskets, head gaskets, new plugs, new cats both sided, wires, cleaned tb, got pistons looking near new again, cleaned everything very well put all back together and no start. Replaced cam sensor and it fires right up. When I was inspecting parts on install I noticed old cam sensor looked cracked but wanted to hear run so I said screw it and tried it. Now for the problems, I get p0101 when cruising, p0106 after warm up when idling and p0068 when ******* the pedal. When p0068 shows up it goes into reduced power mode. Truck runs great until codes show up. I've tore it down to cam twice since rebuild to check everything and all is good. New ac delco maf, new delphi map sensor, what a waste of money lol. I didn't replace timing chain or gears because all is within spec and looks good. I have toque and fuel trims look alright, have sprayed starting fluid on entire engine with no change in fuel trims. Mechanic says it's in the tune. Any suggestions? I contacted ams racing and they suggest intake leak but cannot find one. Sorry for the long post and thx in advance justin.

When cold start like now in mi it's around 10 to 20 degrees in morning when start and it stumbles on startup for 2 seconds then clears right up. Does show p0300 but goes right away. Checked witch one's are misfiring and it's totally random. Checked plugs and they all look fine. S0 many different codes im scratching my head lol. Service brakes soon showed up after install to. Fluid is fine pads are good as well.

Was the new MAF and MAP sensors replaced just because of all the work being done or was it done afterwards because of the codes???

I would also check all your grounds to make sure they are clean and tight.

Sry for the delay in response, im at work. The parts were replaced after the work. I've cleaned the ground under driver seat on Frame rail, cleaned the ground on passenger head, cleaned and replaced braided ground from firewall to block. Even tried the old maf and map sensor with no change

Seems to me you have a leak in your air intake between the throttle body and air cleaner. Assuming your engine temperature was over 140 in the above readout and idling, your MAF reading is right at the upper limit.

One of your cats is going bad too. How'd you know I was working on this Ken? LOL
