Check the A pillar from the sunroof. Levels/pine needles get in there.

Or check the door jam. There is typically a rubber seal the covers up the wires from the vehicle into the door...sometimes that comes out and leaks.

Has this happen in my 2005 Tahoe and my 2011 avalanche. Floor board would be soaked.

hello All, just to share with you the final fix and the root cause. after the vehicle sat in the dealership they replaced the sunroof seal ... they said its bad and its causing the problem. so they replaced it and charged me >$200 and took the vehicle drove into a car wash and boom water started dripping down on the driver side floor pan !!!!!!

Drove back to the dealership and they did further check and they found the issue is under the glass on the upper left corner !!!!! water somehow sipping under the glass into a crack dripping down the A pillar down to the floor pan ! of course its MFG flaw ...
thank you GM !!!!! makes you wonder why everyone is buying a Toyota ha

So they hired a glass company to come remove the glass in order to fix it while in the process of installing it they a cracked it so i end up filing an insurance claim to cover their mess ! NO I AM NOT HAPPY but at least i have no more water in my vehicle because water is a destroyer ... terrible experience... anyhow here is a link of a related if not the same issue on a 2015 DENALI on youtube showing a water leak due to a crack in the body

That is a whole wagon load of BS!
It's like saying "we might scratch your paint changing your oil but it won't be our fault!"

At the very least, yes, get your money back for the first repair. Then, I'd start talking to GM about that dealer. Then, I'd find another dealer for future work.

And, maybe mention the BBB to them, the bastidges.

I had that with my rear doors and a thread here suggested I check the plug....and mine was clogged. No more rain in my doors now but I still have to replace a speaker
