I'm curious if this is normal for a UV dye. I put in dye into my oil and it started off as Orange ( under uv light) . After a couple hundred miles now, when I look at my dipstick it is bright yellow under the UV light. Where it leaked right after putting in the dye glows orange (I think I stopped it for now). The inside of the filler tube is still Orange ( with uv light) from when I put in the dye. Is this a normal characteristic of UV dye after it's been heated and run? Changes color from the original orange with uv light after run for couple hundred miles? Appreciate any experience you can pass on.
