So, i brought my Tahoe about a year ago with a heavy discount after it was sitting in the lot for more than two years. It had 7 kms when i got it. According to the dealer, it had "Regular maintenance". About six months into ownership, sitting in a traffic light, i noticed that the rpms dont stay stable, by this i mean that they jump from 400rpm all the way to 600rpm.
I dont know if it is normal, or if the engine has some problem like a misfire or something, even thought no CEL is present.

There are already some threads on "rough idle" and a TSB out on it. Is it still under warranty? IIRC, it involves cleaning the throttle body.
