Hi guys I posted a while back after I got my trans replaced. My truck is an 03 Z71 Tahoe currently with 287k on the clock. I had the original transmission replaced at 283,500 because it was slipping bad 2-3 and 3-4. I replaced it with a used transmission from a Yukon with 170k from LKQ.
When I got it back I threw in a can of bg transmission conditioner to help clean it out and smooth out the rough 1-2 shift.
3k miles later and it still shifts rough 1-2 randomly and the 3-4 was always a slow shift but not a slip. The other day I noticed it has the ever so slightest slip 2-3 on occasion. Do you guys think maybe a shift solenoid or something else possibly small that I could do that would fix this?
