Different offset wheels

considering some different wheels for my ride. Looking at a set of 22x9 off a 2015 Sierra. I believe they are 0 offset versus +24mm 18x8.5” on my Z71 2017 Sub. Is this a viable swap? Thanks

If the wheels are 0 offset (be really surprised if they are) you will potentially have some rubbing on the rear fender well in my experience. My rims are +31 offset and I added 1" spacers so basically I have a +7 offset. I'm running 305/45/22 and they rub slightly in reverse, nothing drastic. The 285/50r22 tire will be .5" larger in diameter, but narrower so you may have rubbing but I would not think major. I actually want to move the the 285/50r22 myself. Let me know how it turns out.

@Undeserving, I think you may find that the offset on that size OEM wheel is around 24mm, maybe as much as 27. If you can look at the back side of the wheel the size and offset should be cast into it. For example, here's the back of my 2004 Hoe OEM wheel, 16x7 with a 31mm offset:
