Just picked up a 6.2 L 2018 Yukon Denali.

Started putting premium gas in only since day 1 as that's what owners manual recommended.

After a few days of owning I noticed a ticking noise behind driver's side front wheel. Dealer says it's a known issue with Active Fuel Management and it will go away as the engine breaks in... Anyone else have this?

Fairly rhythmic sound kind of like a “click”? If so I let that noise make me crazy for a long time. Turned out to be from the fuel delivery system or something.

Yea definitely sounds like a clicking noise. Makes the sound when I start it warm or cold. I hear it when when pulling in the garage or at the ATM... what did you do to make it go away?

Didn’t go away - still exists. It’s usually loudest in the morning, but I hardly pay attention anymore. Also, my hearing is really good so I found a lot of others had a hard time tuning into the noise.
