Well my family friend was pretty anxious to get the boat off the mountain to get her out of the below freezing temps this weekend that are expected. Boats not gettin winterized so we lit the fire under the mechanics behind and got him to get new tires on the trailer. I went for round two of the baby whale in tow! Went off perfect! My first time towing anything on the mountain roads and also my first time towing anything down off the mountain on the freeways and such. By anywhere near as difficult as I was expecting. Again my Denali ran like a tank all the way there and back!

Just a kid detailer doing what he does best....
lots of rain through Friday night into Saturday morning gave the Denali an unexpected bath which was good. So I dried him all down and clean yesterday afternoon. Went out this morning to towel off the moisture from the overnight dew. Even though he was already clean I decided to hit everything with detail spray and then decided since I had the morning free to give him a fresh coat of wax. Also after taking the wax off I decided to spend a little extra time cleaning out the crud from all the holes in my honeycomb grille. Damn that was a PITA! A small detail that I often overlook but it makes such a huge difference wen it’s properly done! Just a little elbow grease and a towel to take all the wax out of the honeycomb was enough to shine it up good!

I wish you did your detailing in either South Florida or in the NYC-New Jersey area. Most places in both of those locations do horrible work.

Sadly I’d only be excited about seeing Lee Brice and FGL the first day haha. I saw Lee Brice at route 91 in September and he’s awesome! I think that’s the weekend that my best friends parents are taking him and I in a surprise 5 day trip. So I’m missing it this year again lol.
FGL :eek::eek::eek:
