Service Engine Light...

Car giving "service engine light" since morning.
Started normally in the morning, drove a bit on high speed (160 km/h)
the light turned on.

stopped the car for an hour, tried again. REMOTE START wont work as well.


WHAT TO DO ?

is it somehow related with REMOTE Control Battery ? (the engine light) ?

remote start is disabled when the check engine light is lit, you will need to have it scanned and see what the code is to make repairs, once the check engine light is out the remote start will work like normal.
