I have a 2017 Yukon Denali and the left side of my driver's seat does not vibrate NEARLY as well as the right side. It's like an incredibly soft vibration - hardly feel it. I have brought it into 2 different GMC dealers who do the walk around test, make me feel like I'm stupid and imagining it, and then my husband drives it and agrees. I've driven my brother's 2015 Yukon Denali XL - vibrates much better. I also drove his Chevrolet truck prior to and the vibration was just as good. I can't seem to get the dealership service guys to understand that there is clearly a technical issue. Has anyone experienced this with theirs?

Request that the Service Manager take the vehicle for a test drive with you so you can explain what you are feeling while he is driving.
