JMHO, internal regulator problem in Alternator, causing erratic voltage drop. Nothing else has worked, have it tested by authorized Alternator/Starter REBUILDER, not parts store. Google it in your area.
David g.....:)
I’ll have to see who’s around the Wichita area

Google found four, I would find one that is the oldest, experience can't be beat. aNYTIME THE VOLTAGE DROPS BELOW 9-10 VOLTS, THE GAUGES AND TACHOMETER GO NUTS, good luck and let me know.

Its not about how they look, you cant see the data across the wires ... Thats why I posted that. Heres the DiagramView attachment 203601

Twisted pair leaving the BCM 17 & 18, 9&8, Data ground is 10
Perfect, I agree, a quick check for 60 ohms on your high speed CAN is a worthwhile check. And this gives you the bcm grounds too. Worth finding them and giving them a quick check / cleaning.

I just some how came across a document from June 7, 2010 it’s a service bulletin doc it’s #08-07-30-021e, it has exactly every code I had in the beginning and every issue I have definitely gonna check it out tomorrow

I’m going to have the alternator tested tomorrow with a company we use at work, did find a service bulletin on the transmission connector, I looked at this evening and everything looks good with no pins or wires messed up-cleaned and put dielectric grease on it, I did test it and while it was in gear I had my coworker which is the mechanic at work move around that connection and the only time it would mess up with the gages and locks is if he backed the connector out just a little, so I don’t know if it wasn’t fully in place or what the deal is... if you look up #08-07-30-021e, someone else on here has a forum about it which I found through looking the bulletin up, only made it to page 10 before i got tired of reading...

Thanks for the update. I'm sure you will find it and my gut tells me it's the Alternator/Battery coordinating together. A lot of vehicles today are equipped with ELD module (electronic load detector) which is designed to control voltage draw in the Alternator resulting in better fuel mileage @ cruising speed.
I just went through this with a HONDA crv I had which developed the same problem (gauges erratic) and a $25.00 module wasn't telling the Alternator the system needed more output. It was the size of a book of matches, located in the main fuse box under the hood. Problem solved after numerous times with NO START.

I'm still in the charging circuit (Alternator), good luck.

So I checked the alternator and it would drop down to 12v under a heavy load, I went to go to lunch and it wouldn’t start, but after lunch I tried it again and it started right up.. I call the dealer and told them what issues I was having and they said just to look at it would be $115 and I know all they are going to do is just start replacing stuff and I definitely don’t have the money to keep guessing
