I'm at 32k have approx 30-40% left, holding up well but have recently noticed a lack of grip on wet pavement from the rears. Been good about rotating them. I like the boxy look they have on 22s. I swapped out the stocks and cut over to Black Rhino wheels when I got them, will redo once they are toast.

I came across the Continental Terrain Contact... mostly a road style AT with some off road functionality but they are a decent price and have a 60k warranty.
