I have a 1999 Tahoe LT. My transfer case is leaking from the front drive shaft the one that goes to my front differential. I'm having a hard time finding this seal online. Can anyone help? It's a 4 speed with the push bottom inside.

It's the front output shaft seal. Do you have the "Auto" option on the 4x4?

The push button transfer case without Auto is a NP243, with Auto is NP246. Check the data plate on the back of the case, it will have the model number at the top (I think it reads 243GM or 246GM). Your photo looks like a 246.

The GM part number is 12474947 (NP246) or 12384477 (NP243). I'd call a dealer to confirm, though.

Yes this has the auto option and it's the front seal for the front drive shaft. I'll get under and take a look at the model number
