I bought new housing on eBay. H3 halogen bulbs instead of the p-series. So I went to TRS and picked up some morimoto 3000k h3c's. Started swapping out the piss yellow for nice yellow and had to gorilla glue the light since the bracket didn't fit over the HID bulb. Then I siliconed the area between the bulb and housing for added stability. Since I have a different plug for the my oem fogs I spliced into the -/+ and wired them to the ballast plug. I connected everything and TURNED ON!!!! So I proceeded to install the fogs (which was a pain). After the pass fog was installed I went to see the before and after and the light doesn't turn on but the drivers side does (regular p-series led bulb). What could have happened?!?

The housing will melt with that setup over time. Get some breathable gasket paper like the blue one in your picture. Retrofitsource sells it. Drill a bigger hole to let heat escape and cover with gaskey paper.
