That's odd. I'm running 275/70/18's, which according to the specs are 34" diameter, with a 2" RC lift and I only rub on my mudflaps at 1 specific spot. Had to trim the crap out of the flaps but got the rubbing down to a minimum. Really glad I can avoid the NorCal Mod cuz that would severely...
Finally went back to put the bolts back in and found that they clearly were not stock body bolts. On the passenger side I only got them about 1/3 back in and they were banging up against some steel plumbing lines running front to back. Not sure if it was brake or fuel, but it was clear the bolts...
I removed the stock running boards but I'm not sure if the bolts are supposed to stay in the body or if they were installed with the boards.
Can anyone that's installed the stock boards tell me if they came with bolts or if they use bolts that were in the body already?
The new steps I installed...
Totally forgot to post an update. Dealer determined mine was a short in the camera itself that ended up causing the camera and backup lights to stay on constantly. At first they tried to blame it on my aftermarket taillights but I let them know that the ones that were in were the stocks. Put the...
Do 2019 Yukons have rock guards installed on the front wheel wells from the factory?
I put Husky mud flaps on and I don't remember if I had to remove the small rock guards that protect the lower trailing edge of the wheel well body. I know my Ram before this had them but can't for the life of me...
Finally made it back to post a pic of mine. I also ended up putting in a 2" Rough Country lift when I put these on and I still get some rubbing on the mud flaps. Absolutely love the look though so worth the minor annoyance.
Have an appointment on Friday to have this diagnosed. Put my stock tail housings back in and still having the same issue so has to be a sensor that's saying it in R all the time.
Anyone find a fix to this? I just disconnected my battery but didn't help.
I'm having additional issues troubleshooting because I put Spec-D LED taillights in recently. When I put them in I had LED backup bulbs installed. Camera started coming on while driving. Saw somewhere that the LED backup...
I know this thread is a bit old but it was perfectly on point for me. Looking at putting 275/70/18's on my Yukon. This info was perfect. Thank you everyone!
