Looking to purchase 2015 Yukon SLT w/ 92k miles . What are the main things to look for?
Noise. Ride alone with radio and heat/air off. These are noisy vehicles. Mine has 4 different back end noises. Cannot find any. Drives me nuts. Only have 39000 on my 2015 Denali. Do not drive much because I cannot stand the booming and banging. Wish I never bought it.- teddybear

Need Advice: looking at 16,17,18 Yukon Denali’s
Early year 15 yukons have the 6 speed. I own a latter year 15 and have the 8 speed. No problems with the 8 speed after fluid change 2000 miles ago. Got 21mpg on recent 1200 mile trip. Thought that was pretty good for this big a car. I bet the 6 speed gets a lot less. Not sure though...- teddybear

Fixed rattle in back
Hard to tell exactly where noises come from even while laying down in the back. Tightened lift gate by moving latch a bit. No luck. It stopped a big rattle a couple of months ago. Thought it had moved and loosened up again. Looked at Jack. Somebody had mentioned that on here. Seemed very... -

Sound comes from under drivers dash. like down by steering column there abouts. -

Gieger counter noise
Sounds like a gieger counter under drivers side dash. Tick click sound. Sometimes more clicks sometimes less. Does not do more or less no matter what you do. Steering, speed, bumpy road, nice road, moving steering column, turning. Turning off all electronics does nothing. Nothing changes...
