ok so we all kno about the clunk that we feel in the steering shaft, right? NOW! if its been replaced and stll does it, is it possible that the lower steering shaft bearing was the problem the entire time? just trying to see i should order another shaft or get the plastic bearing GM# 88963617...
i am in need of a 4l80 swap for my 03 denali but just havent found a local shop (crofton, md) familiar with this swap on awd denali...they say they have never 1 done yet and id be the 1st and they dont know what all is involved to get it done. (im tired of being the guinea pig)
the 2 piece rotors have a much better/stronger bite after HIGH speed heat cycles!! no complaints other than i would like to see more pad surface on the rotors.
i was able to fit 2 x12" w2's in a downward fire ported box...sounds great for what its is, could use a taller box with bigger ports and more box volume...ill try to post this pic or u can check my cardomain link:

when i was managing an exxon my boss(owners son 40yr old kid!) loved to do fuel miles/consumption test since he never needed paid for gas...we tested alot of vehicles but one we did the most was in his 97 tahoe with 36in BFG AT's and 6in suspension and 3in body lift ,superchips tuning ...
i used a diablo sport predator (hand held) for 6+yrs and it did everything I needed/wanted until I reached its limits/capabilities (now using EFILive).
I was able to keep the trans from slipping to bad and kept it alive alil longer by using the diablo to turn torque management on and playing...
mine is as well....its a quick and simple remove and replace. dont be discouraged. and if u have never done it before follow the procedure and ask questions if you dont have a plan of attack!
ull be fine
