It was a mount from my C5 and C6 Corvettes. I had to bend it a little, but works great. Its way cheaper than the blendmount. Here's a link to the C7 one. I would imagine it would be pretty close. Maybe a few bends, but nothing too difficult...

The Sierra mirrors aren't the same as the yukons. Even if the mounting bolts line up, the trim around the Windows is different. It's too bad cause I'd be happy with just normal Sierra mirrors. Thanks for finding those links though!
I had that same sunroof put in my 14 sierra. I like the way it worked better than the factory one I have now. The wind deflectors that pop up in the OEMs are mesh and are loud, plus the auto close feature was nice.
I do agree with jl449 about the adjustment. The glass on my old one stuck up...
