That's actually the point of the thread--I do not have the Bose system. So I don't have to worry about the mics. I had considered that, unfortunately the cheap ass fuse tap that came with the kit came apart trying to remove the fuses before I could try a different ACC source. I did try that, mine has 84333435 stamped on it, but that doesn't come up with anything. There's one on a GM parts website with # 84015621 which looks close, but I'd hate to order the wrong one. I've glued the plastic clips for now and I figure I won't put it back on until I get everything...- SubSonic

Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac
My 2018 came with the Duratracs, no complaints. Very slight road noise, but nothing crazy. They look and drive very well on road. Can't speak for the offroad ability, since Chevy stuck them on a 2wd but I imagine it is decent. -
Can Console Satin Clear Coat Be Repaired
Honestly, if it was really only hand sanitizer that caused it, I'd bring it to the dealership. No need to mention cause, but they should replace it under warranty if the finish is failing on a 17. -

Low Battery Start Engine
Honestly, I think the battery should be closer to 12.6V after only listening to the radio for 5-15 minutes. Could still be a weak battery. I'd also check what your charging voltage is while running--if it's lower than 13.6 (really should be 14+ with these GMs) it may not be charging the battery...- SubSonic

Esky off but the display stays on / frozen issues
My experience is on a 18 Tahoe, but may be relevant. The screen will come back on if you open the passenger door (to get something like you stated) and actually stay on for a while with a backlit black screen. It turns itself off after a few minutes. DRL LED Strip Dead
Put the halogens back in. The dealership is replacing my headlights as I type this and I removed my LED lights before bringing it in. When they put in a new unit it will be a complete unit with all the bulbs already installed. Good chance that even if they did warranty it with the HIDs... -

Just an update, brought it to the dealer--they are replacing the headlights. They had to order the parts, so they are keeping it overnight. Hopefully I will have it back sometime tomorrow. A little annoying because they had no loaners, so I have to catch rides to and from work. But hopefully...
