Lol y'all a trip .But yes anyway I'm lowering the front an inch. That will bring it a half inch lower then rear giving it a slight rake . Not a 1970s rake but well enough. And by the way it just pissed itself from finally being lowered .lol. Actually not from my truck at all my cousins dirty ass...
Oh I didn't measure it .trucks level but front wheel well gap is 1/2 more then rear .gives illusion of reverse rake. I'm dopping the front a inch .I rather it look a lil lower in front. I'll repost pics when done . Thank bro .
Hey guys finally installed my spindles. Think I need to go down a half inch or maybe even an inch. Let me know y'alls opinion please . Thanks to Tony at NorcalSS for parts and help .
Got the rear down 5 inches with 26s no rub no scrub . Rides like stock with Belltech springs ,spohn panhard bar and djm end links. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Tony at TBSSowners and Norcal SS . Now gotta tackle the Belltech spindles.
Yea I can jus go bigger on the tire till it's tall as my 295/30r26 that's no issue. Looks either . Just don't wanna have to modify my spindles or balljoint. They say 17in or larger work but really it's 18in or up without modifications. I have a 17in spare and it drags the balljoint bolt.
I would love to just use a 17" but then you have to grind down almost all threads on bottom balljoint then use a special nut that is barely 1/4" thick. Don't like that idea . I probably just get a 20in" stocker off craigslist or something .
I can't find just a cheap steel 18" rim for nothing .plenty of 17"s. If I catch a flat on front ima have to take a wheel from rear put it on front and put spare on rear . Double work right .
