    Hard to pump gas

    I have had the same problem with some pumps at gas stations here in California due to their vapor lock systems on the nozzle. I found that other pumps from different gas stations do not cause this and I don’t have the problem in other states where they don’t use the vapor lock nozzles.

    take a long piece of rubber tubing (like fuel hose) if you have it and listen through it while moving the end around the engine compartment to try and pinpoint where the sound is coming from. Based on what you have done, I still suspect a pulley or the water pump. It sounds like a bearing is...

    I'm running factory 22's with 285/45's on them and they are very comfortable. Turning radius is incredible.

    Yes, please post. I did use the Felpros and yes they did snap in. Possible they are still backwards??? Sounds like that may be my problem. Will check the timing on the scanner first.

    If its still losing coolant, it could be a head gasket. If its gotten worse, could be a cracked head at this point. Check for coolant loss again.

    Yep, also thought bad thermostat, took it back got another. Both Failsafe brand. Same thing. Yes around town and I drive on the freeway. Does 65 just fine.     99 Yukon starts when IT wants to..

    My money is on the starter. Next time it happens, climb underneath and knock it with a hammer. If it starts, thats your problem.
