Some of my first under hood mods were intake and headers for my 2007 Tahoe. Both improved the power and sound.
Many other mods followed... went for the lift option. We live in the country.
Good luck with your 2007!
Painted entire 2007 Tahoe with Raptor. Bought the Raptor kits on Amazon and we sprayed everything. Survived major hail storm with only one small dent. Amazingly easy to wash too.
Great looking build. Keep us posted on any new adds. I am considering going with bigger LS and seriously considering the 14 bolt. Just looking for the best options for the extra power and 37s.
I posted this on a similar thread a while back... really like the upgrade to my 07 LTZ 5.3.
From other post: I have a 2007 Tahoe and went with Kooks headers. I can feel a definite increase in power and really like the sound. Went with long tubes with x-pipe and true dual Magnaflows out the...
I have had the same issue with my 2007 LTZ and just found this on a Chevy service forum:
“BCM's had an issue back in 2007 leaving some of the components powered up, and their load was amazingly high; enough to drain the battery within several hours. The issue was fixed with recall 07033 which...
I have a 2007 Tahoe and went with Kooks headers. I can feel a definite increase in power and really like the sound. Went with long tubes with x-pipe and true dual Magnaflows out the back.

Thanks. I looked at everything out there and custom was the only way to get it exactly the way I wanted it. The trick was to find the rack I liked and the mounts. The ARB was costly, but there are a lot of others out there. Good luck with your project!
I checked various suppliers and the best I could find was at: https://www.gmpartsoutlet.net/oem-parts/gm-surround-weather-strip-22766410?c=Zz1ib2R5JnM9ZG9vci1hbmQtY29tcG9uZW50cyZsPTE0Jm49QXNzZW1ibGllcyBQYWdlJmE9Y2hldnJvbGV0Jm89dGFob2UmeT0yMDA3JnQ9bHR6JmU9NS0zbC12OC1nYXM%3D
Entire door seal is...
Nice job! Totally agree on the benefits of two batteries. Plus, the space for the battery is already there. After reading a million ways of doing the install, I went with a Keyline isolator and have zero problems for over a year. The kit came with everything I needed for wiring. Just added...
Keep it and fix it! I have an 07 Tahoe with 200K miles and just keep making it better. The more you fix and mod it, the better you know the vehicle. Have learned a ton on this forum and saved a lot on 07 fixes. Good luck with your Tahoe!
I am running 35X12.5 BFGs and originally went with the Wilco Max hitch mount solution. Decided to go heavy duty for strength and security, so I went with an Iron Bull rear bumper and cut bumper and welded in the Wilco Hitchgate Max. Modified the Wilco to mount wheel with standard wheel studs as...
